So, you take a big chunk of Southern blues rock, mix it up with some general Gibson driven balls, some vocal acrobatics and... you get this... Meet Kikamora!.

Well, there's a shock to the system! you think you know a band and then this happens!

This is a five track journey and, make no mistake... rock solid backbone with all the floral decoration you need to make an impression. From the outset this will have you!

The opener “Alibi” just hits hard... sleazy!, dirty! groovy! Great vocal and bags of hooks, really catchy stuff! This has got a real grind to it. also some very organic and fluid lead breaks, pretty refreshing if I'm honest.

“Wrong place right time” number two, harmonica and sax... wasn't expecting that but it works a treat! If Skynyrd were still at it at their peak, (oh yeah and alive) I reckon they would be sounding similar.

I have to say at this point the next track “Sat around” is by far my fav on this EP.
It has everything you could want. It is so moody, dark and enticing, vocally outstanding, Wilf, try and make things easier on yourself dude! Outstanding performance on this also from the other guys in the band, but really, I am fubared listening to this. Outstanding writing with a depth of feel and sentiment you wouldn't expect from someone with the wealth of years these energetic rockers clearly don't have.

“Cuff” smacks you in the face, great riffage... ave it!

“Said and Done” again shows these guys attention to the vibe, light and shade. I would like to catch this live at some point.

For me watching a band develop and flourish is a pleasure and not least with these guys.
